Success Stories

I highly recommend Shabana Raja for all your Real Estate needs. She was such a blessing to our family and helped us get through a difficult time selling my late mom’s condo, she managed to get us more than we even thought. She is very attentive to our needs and walks us through every level of the process, we knew we were in good hands with Shabana. She knows the real estate market and always puts her client first. I will be selling my house next and wouldn't think of using anyone else but her!

We know that were in safe hands with our realtors! The duo of mother and son means that our kids are thought about every step of the way. The goal was always more then just a house, but a family home! We are grateful to our realtors for finding us a home...and in great timing may I add. Thank you for putting people before profit and helping with pure intentions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you on your diligence towards work ethics and duties you demonstrated on the management and sale of my Niece’s property. I had been made Executor/Trustee to my Niece’s estate. Through a family member I had been recommended to contact Shabana to act as my real estate agent to sell my Niece’s home. Shabana and I worked from a distance. We first met to sign paperwork half-way between Oshawa and where I live. Shabana and I had a good conversation on what my niece’s family (who lived outside of Canada) were expecting in the sale of the property. Since I lived far from Oshawa, Shabana agreed to be my property manager. She looked after the massive move of furnishings and junk from the home. To refresh the house she arranged for repairs, painting and ...

Working with Shabana was an extraordinary experience. We first met Shabana when we were looking to sell our condo. Shabana and her son Sohail were delightful and pleasant during the entire process of selling our condo and buying our home. Shabana and Sohail consistently went above and beyond ensuring our needs were met. When we expressed to her that we wanted to start a family and were looking for a house, she was extremely informative and provided professional and friendly advice to make it happen. All of our questions were answered and she walked us through the whole buying and selling process. Shabana and her husband were so amazing, we ended up leaving Toronto. They took us to Chatham Ontario to the house we envision as our dream home. Four years later we now have 2 children and plenty...

We've used Shabana for all our house purchases/sales and highly recommend her. She's knowledgeable, trustworthy and has strong negotiation skills. When selling our house, she always ensured we maximized our return. It took a long time for us to find our dream home, Shabana was very patient, never pressuring us to make a quick decision. . She's very personable and is always a pleasure to work with her!

Shabana's team was very nice, easy to work with and honest. We have been working with them for 4+ years and have had an amazing experience with their professional, timely and genuine advice. They have helped us in renovating and renting out our property multiple times and have made our lives much easier overall when it came to anything pertaining to our property. They are a great team and are worth your time if you are looking to buy, rent, sell or for general inquiries concerning the housing market.
