I would like to take this opportunity to thank you on your diligence towards work ethics and duties you demonstrated on the management and sale of my Niece’s property. I had been made Executor/Trustee to my Niece’s estate. Through a family member I had been recommended to contact Shabana to act as my real estate agent to sell my Niece’s home. Shabana and I worked from a distance. We first met to sign paperwork half-way between Oshawa and where I live. Shabana and I had a good conversation on what my niece’s family (who lived outside of Canada) were expecting in the sale of the property. Since I lived far from Oshawa, Shabana agreed to be my property manager. She looked after the massive move of furnishings and junk from the home. To refresh the house she arranged for repairs, painting and grounds work to be done. Doing much more than I expected. Finally, she arranged for a quick sell and closure of the property. Working with Shabana was an extraordinary experience. We first met Shabana when we were looking to sell our condo. Shabana and her son Sohail were delightful and pleasant during the entire process of selling our condo and buying our home.
